Leadership Paradoxes
Expanding the way you lead
What if the leadership qualities that make you effective today are the same ones that may limit you tomorrow?
Every strength has another side.
Leadership rarely comes with simple either/or choices. We are constantly asked to balance seemingly opposing demands — to be visionary yet pragmatic, decisive yet inclusive, focused on execution yet open to new possibilities.
Leadership Paradoxes is an experiential workshop that helps you recognise your preferred leadership patterns and expand the range of choices available to you.
Is this workshop for you?
For individuals who lead, influence, or make decisions — and who want to respond more consciously and effectively to different leadership situations.
- Managers & Team Leaders

- Experienced professionals seeking a broader leadership range
